Ingredients:
1 package of gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 can condensed tomato soup
8oz cream cheese
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup relish
1/2 cup green celery or green pepper
1/2 cup green onion
1 can of salmon (213 grams)
Pour water and gelatin into a pot on medium heat while whisking them together.
Then bring to a boil while continuously whisking; pour in the tomato soup.
Add; cream cheese ( mix in well), mayonnaise, relish, and the salmon.
Make sure everything is well incorporated in, then divide the mixture into plastic containers and place into the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Serve with crackers (Bugles are recommended), and enjoy.
Ingredients:
3 cups thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini (4 small)
1 cup original Bisquick mix
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and grease the bottom and sides of a rectangular pan 13x9x2 inches
Stir together all ingredients and spread in the pan.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 2-inch squares; cut squares diagonally in half into triangles.
Makes 4 dozen appetizers and enjoy
Ingredients:
1 bottle (18 oz) of Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce
2 pounds frozen, prepared meatballs
2 1/2 cups of strawberry jam
Combine the BBQ sauce and jam into a crock pot or just a normal pot.
Stir well.
Add frozen meatballs to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Cover and cook on high heat for 3 hours, stirring about 2 hours in.
The cause will be simmering, and the meatballs will be heated throughout when they are done.
Serve hot, and enjoy.

4 eggs
3/4 biscuit baking mix
1/4 cup of butter
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz) package of chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 cup cubed turkey or ham, or chicken
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 10-inch quiche dish.
In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, butter, and parmesan cheese.
The batter will be lumpy. Stir in broccoli, cubed meat, and cheddar cheese.
Pour into prepared quiche dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, until eggs are set, and the top is golden brown, enjoy.
